Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tulsi Resin Store, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

• The customer is responsible for sending the return parcel to our registered business address.

• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, manufacturing defect, or damaged product received).

Store Credit Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for products returned due to customer preference.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a Store Credit equal to the product's value (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be issued to your My Account within 2 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The issued Store Credit:

• Will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Can be used for any future purchase on our website.

• Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.

• Cannot be extended once it expires.

Please Note: Products purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for a second return, exchange, or Store Credit.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. However, if you receive:

• A damaged product

• A manufacturing defect

• A missing item

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@tulsiresin.com with:

• Your Order Number

• A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened (mandatory)

• Clear photographs showing the issue

Please Note: Claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing products without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

Our support team will review your request within 2–5 working days. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, issue Store Credit, or provide a refund (where applicable) within 48 hours after approval.

Refunds (Applicable Only for Approved Cases)

Refunds are only applicable in cases approved by our support team, such as:

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong product shipped

• Product damaged during transit (supported by an unboxing video)

• Missing items (supported by an unboxing video)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@tulsiresin.com.

Incorrect Delivery Status

If your shipment tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must inform us within 24 hours.

Please email sales@tulsiresin.com with the subject line:

"Wrong Delivery Status"

Include your Order Number in the email.

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours may result in the claim being rejected, as courier partners do not entertain delayed investigations.

Return to Origin (RTO) Due to Customer Reasons

If a shipment is returned to us because of customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Incorrect contact number

• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

• Failure to answer courier calls

• Refusal to accept the shipment

• Any other customer negligence

the customer will be responsible for:

• Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges

• Reshipping charges

Orders returned under these circumstances cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Orders containing custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled.

Tulsi Resin Store reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request.
