Order 1st came perfectly fine and my clocked turned out so good.. but in my next repeat order I had received broken.. but as did not have the opening video did not get any response.. but it is very difficult to take opening video for more then 100 items in each order.. there has to be some other way for the regular clients

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The issue was reported 18 days after delivery, while our policy is to report within 48 hours. We requested an unboxing video to investigate, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response.
Filming such videos for large orders can be difficult, but it helps resolve issues faster. This requirement is communicated in advance and noted on the packaging.
